All requests or requests for additional information, changes and cancellations
must be communicated via email.

REGISTRATION FEES DEADLINES

Early Bird registrations will be accepted until 31st of August 2025, midnight CET.

• If your registration is not paid by Saturday, September 14, 2025, early
  registrations will be upgraded to the late registration fee.
  Starting September 1, 2025, late registration fees will apply to each new
  registration.
• If your registration is not paid by Saturday, November 23, 2025, late
  registration fees will be upgraded to the on-site registration fee.
  Beginning from November 24, 2025, each new registration will be subject
  to the on-site registration fee.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATIONS

Full refund (minus an administrative fee of 150 Euro) until September, 30
50% refund (minus an administrative fee of 150 Euro) until October, 31

After this date, no refund will be possible.

A name change will be considered as a modification and will be charged 30 EUR.
Any change of registration received after November 1, 2025, including a name
change, will be charged an administration fee of 40 EUR per registration.
If a badge is lost or forgotten on site after you have received it, an administrative fee
of 30 EUR will be charged for the reprint of the badge after verification of identity
(passport, driver’s license or other recognized identification documents).
